Dominican Republic - Excursions

The thrill of a lifetime, rafting through the rapids of the Yague del Norte River, in the center of the island. Professionally guided rafts with 5-7 paddlers make their way down this river rated a 3 most of the year on a scale of 1-6 with 6 being the most difficult. You glide by the gorgeous Dominican country side, see the women wash their laundry in the river and the kids jumping from the rocks into the river. All the tuition and the equipment are provided for this action packed day. There are also possibilities of swimming the crocodile rapids and lunch will be served before you travel back through the Dominican Alps. Feeling adventurous?
