Please read the following information carefully in order to proceed with

Your booking.

1. Booking your apartment or hotel room: In order to make your reservation; a down payment of ten percent plus a reservation fee of Us 25 per booking, should be made payable via Pay Pal to Agua Marina Tours s.a.. Many resorts require full payment of the rent due 30 days (45 days for Dec/Ja. reservations) prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of arrival require full payment within 7 days.

Our staff will facilitate the correct payment information for the resort

and the address, once they have received your down payment in order for you to proceed with your booking.

2. Deposits or fees at the resort: Security Deposit shall serve as a security & damage deposit and for additional cleaning, if necessary, and is refundable.

3. Arrivals and Departures: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 1:00 p.m. Issued key(s) must be returned to the resorts or AMT office or a $25.00 fee will be charged. Please assure that all doors sliders and windows are securely locked and lights and a/c are turned off. AMT is not responsible for items left in the rental home.

4. Cancellations: All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of $35.00. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $35.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for early departures or if number in party decreases.

5. Telephones: Telephones are furnished for your convenience. All local calls are no charge. Long distance calls must be charged to your credit/charge card.

6. Linens/towels: Linens and towels are the responsibility of the guest unless supplied by the resort.

7. Terms of occupancy: The rented property is a private residence and you agree to indemnify the owner or property manager for any damage or loss to the property or its contents that occur during your stay. Violation of occupancy limits will result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. We reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay. Further you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents. AMT reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodation in the event of an emergency. AMT is not liable for inoperable appliances, or failures of any equipment, systems, or appliances, as major repair problems cannot be for seen. Neither is AMT responsible for items left or stolen during your stay or any accidents/ilnesses occurring during your stay.
